 Step 1 - Prepare everything  

 You will need: a peptide vial, a BAC Water vial, one insulin syringe, one alcohol pad. Work on a clean surface.  

Step 2 - Cleaning the vials

 Clean the tops of both vials with an alcohol pad. Wait 10 seconds for them to dry.  

Step 3 - Dilution

Using a syringe, draw the desired amount (typically 3ml) of bacteriostatic water from its vial and slowly inject it into the peptide vial, allowing the water to run down the side of the vial. The injection must be done slowly and carefully to avoid damaging the peptide structure. Do not shake the vial. Let it sit at room temperature for 5 minutes, and if it still hasn't dissolved, gently swirl it between your fingers. Your peptide is now dissolved and ready to use.
